Problem starting Weblogic Server 10.3.6

Error info:

Workaround:
Navigating to
/user_projects/domains/<<Domain_name>>/servers/AdminServer/data/store/default/

directory and delete the _WLS_ADMINSERVER000000.DAT file.
After deleting the file, try restart the server again.
